Tucked in a thriving arts community in downtown Joliet, Elder Brewing Co celebrated their one year anniversary on Nov. 1, 2019.  The owners, Andrew and Melissa Poly have welcomed the local talent with their music space as well as community gatherings.  They embrace any local talent that helps Joliet become the artistic scene that promotes local culture.  Whether it is decorating cakes with Milano Bakery, seed exchanges, selling local artists' work on their blank canvas walls, they are open and ready to serve the community. 

The beer is top notch.  They currently have 10 different styles on tap and ready for howler fills to go.  They serve their beer at local bars in the area, so be sure to ask for Elder brews at your favorite local watering hole.  Soon, they plan to release cans and bombers as well so be on the lookout!

Almost every weekend, Elder Brewing has music on tap Friday and Saturday nights.  They are also very accommodating as most big shows have a food truck available.  There is always something new to try at Elder, from the art to the activities, to the food trucks du jour and the always fresh and delicious beer.
